and wellness, this self-empowerment introductory workshop encourages participants to improve their mental and physical wellbeing by exploring; mindset change, stress management, nutrition and fitness.
Based on the flagship Breaking the Cycle™ C.L.E.A.N.E.R.™ Living Therapy programme, a bespoke training programme can be created, or the current training programmes can be tailored, to meet your organisational or educational needs upon request.
Primary or Vicarious trauma
